Located at 514 Lockwood Dr Ste 1, Richardson, TX 75080, Peregrine Coffee Roasters operates as a coffee shop serving Richardson in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 6 am–6 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Richardson is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Richardson is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Best roaster in this area of Dallas! Super interesting coffees, all roasted here in Dallas. Love that they’re roasters first and foremost, yet still focus efforts on training very competent and friendly baristas to present their product well. Excellent espresso-based classics and well-executed milk steaming all on display. If you are one to go out of your way to complain about every small thing at local businesses, you’ll miss the boat here… and at many other amazing shops… and it’ll be your loss. Come here and meet their humility with kindness! You won’t regret it! They’re a business that tries hard and succeeds in the process. Welcome, Peregrine!

Stopped by for the first time with three others after lunch. Got the standard iced vanilla latte which was pretty good. Tried my friends cold brew which was decent . Watched them make a pour over working it with another friend which was very interesting for me since I discovered I’ve been doing mine all wrong for years. Service is very good and the place is clean and comfortable. Would be a repeat on my list.

Service was quick, the staff was polite, and the prices felt reasonable. The iced espresso was average to slightly above average, but nothing particularly memorable. The house syrups sounded interesting, though overall the experience didn’t stand out enough to make me want to return. That said, it’s still a better alternative to chain coffee shops in my opinion. If the choice is between Peregrine Coffee and Starbucks, I’d go local.

My friend and I visited the area from nyc. Originally our plan was to visit a different coffee shop each day we were here. HOWEVER, after getting coffee here the first day we couldn’t go anywhere else. The coffee options are top notch and the staff are incredibly friendly. HIGHLY recommend. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll 1000% be visiting this coffee shop. Thanks to the staff for making our morning coffee experience so enjoyable!

Such a great environment - great to work or catch up with a friend. The coffee itself was amazing- very smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they truly know coffee and take pride in having high quality ingredients. Shout out to Salem and Riley for making me the perfect cortado and explaining everything to me!
